Laser cutting, punching and bending

Through our manufacturing partners, we handle and implement your needs. The goal is to produce economical and high quality goods, also for high-volume orders. 

We provide the following services with maximum precision on modern machines:

Laser cutting

We undertake laser cutting of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper and galvanized sheets in accordance with  in accordance with the strict specifications and requirements.

Max. size of plate:                                          1500x3000 mm

Max. plate thickness carbon steel:               up to 20 mm

Max. plate thickness inox/stainless steel:   up to 18 mm

Max. thickness of copper-sheet-plate :        up to 8 mm

Punching

With the punching machine we are able to forming steel sheets up to size 2500 × 1250 mm 

Punching operations: piercing; perforating; notching; sinking; nibbling; lancing.

Marking tools

Bending

CNC controlled and high precision bending machines, from small dimensions up to 4000 mm length. We can ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Welding engineering services

Our service covers the implement of the welding management system complying with national and international standards:

Forms (English and German languages)

Documentation process

Suggestions and supports for operating and maintaining the system

Support for preparation and auditing with practical and theoretical assistance

Compliance of the documentation system to strict standards

Provide the necessary qualifications to operate the welding management system

NDT material examination

Our activities includes the recorded and certified inspection of the welded joints of metallic materials, welded structures, steel structures, pressure vessels, boilers, industrial and technological pipelines.
